We had an amazing weekend getaway! The location was prime, with easy access to stores and the bus station. The large and airy room provided a comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of information about the area and providing us with a useful map. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus, with everything we needed to cook our own meals. We also loved the free coffee - a perfect way to start the day!
While the noise at night didn't bother us too much thanks to our trusty earplugs, it might be a concern for light sleepers. The room could have used some extra lighting to make it brighter.

I had a unique experience at this eco retreat in Santa Fe. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the outdoors and start many hikes from the village. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. I loved the half-open bamboo walls, giving the accommodation a cool and unique atmosphere. The free map and descriptions of the hiking trails were incredibly helpful. I also enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks in the community area, watching the hummingbirds in the garden. I had a great time and would recommend this hotel.
If I had to be picky, the WiFi was practically non-existent, which made it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the shared kitchen could have been cleaner.

I had an exceptional stay at this hidden gem in Santa Fe. The location was like something out of a fairy tale, with beautiful gardens and breathtaking views. The staff were friendly and kept the facilities clean. The dorm room was spacious and comfortable, with a large ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of hammocks to relax in. I loved the app they provided, which had all the useful tips and maps for exploring the area. The hike to Bermejo waterfall was a highlight, but there were many other hikes to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the manager went above and beyond to provide all the information we needed for trekking and exploring the area. We had the most amazing time at La Qhia Eco Retreat! The location was perfect, nestled in the beautiful town of Santa Fe. The hikes to the waterfalls were breathtaking and gave us a true Panamanian experience. The host provided an incredible Website-App that guided us through the hikes and gave us all the necessary information. The bar had great prices, especially during Happy Hour, and the proceeds from our stay went directly towards supporting indigenous families. It was inspiring to see their mission program in action, providing free medical assistance in remote locations. We were even upgraded to a spacious triple room for free when we extended our stay. The nearby ATM and grocery store were convenient, and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for work and video calls. we highly recommend La Qhia Eco Retreat for a relaxing and meaningful stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, situated on a hill close to the center and all the hiking treks. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. They had a beautiful garden and a nice patio with hammocks where you could relax. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing trail maps and descriptions of things to do in the area. They also had a bar with cold drinks at a reasonable price.
There were limited electrical outlets in the dorm, with everyone having to charge their devices in the kitchen.

The common spaces were convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was strong. I loved the beautiful surroundings, great hikes to waterfalls, and the affordable prices at the bar.
